叶子手记:

一个人独自面对这些症状是件很不容易的事,但又无可奈何,家人和朋友都不理解。这个康复挺难的,很难遇到一个正能量的康复者。和病友们交流症状,当时觉得很兴奋,过后就会发现增加了负面情绪。自救的过程中,如果没有人陪伴、指导和鼓励,即便有点进步,也很容易被打回原形。

除了恐艾,我还怕黑、怕鬼,失眠,还有点社交恐惧。我觉得是在失眠以后,症状急剧恶化,或许是休息不好,头脑不清醒吧,晕晕乎乎地更容易陷入了。失眠也导致我的意志力下降。

每天专门用来担心的时间,除了写日记其实很难做到集中精力担心,当试图让自己完全想着那些担心的事情,完全让自己进入紧张焦虑状态时,会发现那是根本不可能的,正常的想法就会变成闯入性的,时不时地就冒出来。而当我只想要正常的想法时,担心的想法就会变成闯入性的,总是不停地冒出来。也就是说无论何时何地,我的大脑里面都会同时存在好的和不好的想法,并不存在闯入或不闯入的问题,只是它们在流动,或者在按照某个规律运行,总是会交替出现。是否是闯入性的,想要或不想要,只是我的主观意愿。那是不是就没什么可怕的了呢?!

所谓的推迟担心,我现在感觉就是要把它当做生活中一件正常的事情,暂时不做,待会儿再做,有了个领悟以后,推迟担心变得容易了,而且不会那么焦虑。

放下笔,我默默地走到窗前,看着血红的夕阳和晚霞,身体被心痛的感觉和忧伤的滋味紧紧缠绕着,好在晚风温暖,让我稍稍感到一丝安慰。
